The scheduler could also be used for scheduling student conferences during class time to have progress reports with the student. The scheduler creates a block of appointments that the faculty could use for office hours on a weekly basis for face-2-face courses or in conjunction with the conference tool, the Big Blue Button, for online courses. The Scheduler allows the faculty to set up blocks of time for scheduling appointments for students to select the time for their meeting with the faculty.
